Shipping in italy

Shipping costs in italy amount to 12,00 euros vat included for all the orders equal to or below 119.99 euros.

Shipping costs are free for orders with an amount equal to or greater than 120 euros, VAT included. 

Shipping times can take up to a maximum of 5 working days.

Shipping in UE and extra UE countries

Shipping costs in UE and extra UE countries amount to 20,00 euros vat included for all the orders equal to or below 149.99 euros.

Shipping costs are free for orders with an amount equal to or greater than 150 euros, VAT included. 

Shipping times can take up to a maximum of 5 working days.

Returns

Send an e-mail to our customer service ( info@utmost-shop.com) with the number of your order and the photo of the product.

Organize the return shipment at the following address: U-Farm srl - Via Pesciatina 751/h Gragnano Capannori 55012 LU

Prepare and send your package using the courier you prefer at the address indicated.

After receiving and evaluating the conditions of the return, you will receive a refund of the price paid for the purchase and the delivery costs incurred, excluding the costs for returning the products.

The right of withdrawal is excluded, if you have opened or used the products. The returned products must be perfectly intact.

The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the products.
